Practice History
In the summer of 1975, Dr. Alan Zicherman and Dr. Stuart Merle opened two North Shore Boston offices in Lynn and Peabody, Massachusetts. At that time the practice was limited to Children's Dentistry, Adolescent Dentistry and Orthodontics. Many parents of our pediatric patients found our practice so caring and friendly that they requested that we provide for their dental care. In response to those parents Adult Dentistry was added in 2004. Now we can also accommodate our pediatric patients who have transitioned into adulthood and whose dental needs would best be handled by a highly trained dentist treating adults exclusively. Drs. Merle, Zicherman and Associates are respected as a premiere pediatric, orthodontic and family dental practice serving the neighboring communities of Lynnfield, Middleton, Wakefield, North Reading, Saugus, Revere, Nahant, Marblehead, Swampscott, Danvers, Beverly, Topsfield, Boxford, Newburyport, Ipswich, Hamilton, Manchester, Gloucester, Rockport, Georgetown, Andover and North Andover Massachusetts as well as several towns in Southern New Hampshire.
